Boat, paddle & buoyancy aid will be provided. Dress prepared to get wet just in case, ideally man-made fibres that don’t hold water (not denim), wetsuit boots or old trainers you don’t mind getting wet. You are very unlikely to capsize but your clothes will get damp so a change of clothing and shoes is recommended.

Although any risk will be carefully managed by the coaches, participants acknowledge and accept there is a risk involved with this activity by signing up for this event. Beginners are welcome, but all participants must be able to swim.
